It is a cooperative project between the company and Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). The company has sourced the land and built common infrastructure while managing and owning the right to the infrastructure, whereas IEAT oversees policies as per regulations. It is located at KM. 10 Highway 331, Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao Province, with the development space of 5,183 Rai.
