MDX Public Company Limited (MDX) was founded in 1989 AC year which registered to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The first project under MDX ‘s operation and management is the Gateway City Industrial Estate (GWE) to collaborated with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). The total project area are about 5,400 Rais (2,134 Acres) located in Chachoengsao Province as of Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) where official promoted as special economic zone in eastern part of Thailand. The GWE have developed the land plots with fully infrastructure and its utilities for industrial investors , has a winning location to help industrials out and perform competitors in terms of increasing investment value , satisfactory customer services and lower total ownership cost. The total manufacturers are about 75 factories comprising of automotive and electrical parts (55%) , food products (12%) , car trading (15%) , tool product (10%) and others (8%).
Besides investing in GWE , MDX has drawn up a policy to distribute its investment in various other real estate projects e.g. low-rise residential condominium , high rise office building. MDX have also started the subsidiary company namely GMS Power Public Company (GMS) which established in 1993 AC year in order to develop the huge power plant in Thailand (350 MW Combined Cycle Plant) as well as in Laos PDR (500 MW Hydropower Plant)
In 2019 AC Year , MDX have realize to climate change and carbon reduction , we decide to expand business to the Renewable and Alternative Energy. The solar business will focus on solar rooftop , floating solar within GWE area while plant to energy and to medical health crop as Eucalyptus (Gum Trees) and Marijuana ( or Cannabis ) are also developing and forecasting to grow up in sustainability.
MDX by the Board of Committee are strongly recommend and confront to find out the new business with new investors as cooperatived partner , joint venture , and others.
